Across 2023, ROStrategy completed a survey of credit and collections process owners.  This was both in the UK and globally across all markets.  The survey includes creditors, outsourcers and vendors across the industry.

The aim is monitor and understand trends and changes,  supporting particants, with external viewpoints for internal discussion.
